Hey, I'm Reggie—founder of HybridFlex and a trainer with 7+ years of experience helping people move, lift, and feel their best. I started HybridFlex in 2020 to bring a more balanced, functional approach to training—combining strength, mobility, and performance in a way that works for real life.

I'm certified in USA Weightlifting (Level 1), Functional Range Conditioning (FRCms), and personal training, with more certifications always in the works. My approach is adaptable, effective, and grounded in both science and experience.
